Information message on changes in the procedure for applying for citizens and the provision of public services

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 20, 2020 No. 719 "On improving public administration in the field of digital development, communications and mass communications" and the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 3266-r dated December 9, 2020, the powers of Rossvyaz are transferred to Ministry of Digital Science of Russia.

Citizens' appeals related to the activities of FSUE RSVO, FSUE GTSSS, GP KS, FSUE NIIR, FSUE TsNIIS, TsMS named after A.S. Popov, MTUCI, SPbSUT, SibSUTI, PGUTI, send to the Ministry of Digital Science of Russia.

Taking into account the regulatory deadlines for preparing responses to citizens' applications related to the provision of public services to Rossvyaz, we inform you about the following deadlines for receiving applications from citizens, as well as applications for providing public services:

Applications for the provision of public services are accepted by Rossvyaz:

• for the state service "Allocation, Withdrawal, Change of the Numbering Resource and Renewal of the Decision on the Allocation of the Numbering Resource " - until February 15, 2021;
    
• for the state service FAC declarations "Registration of declarations of conformity of communications equipment" - until February 20, 2021;
• for the state service FAC Certificates "Registration of certificates of conformity in the register of certificates of conformity of communications" - until February 16, 2021;
 
• for the state service "Providing information from the register of declarations of conformity of communications equipment" - until February 16, 2021;
 
• for the state service "Providing information from the register of certificates of conformity of the certification system in the field of communications" - until February 16, 2021

After the expiration of the indicated deadlines, we ask you to send your applications and appeals to the Ministry of Digital Science of Russia, while all applications for the provision of public services and appeals from citizens received after the above deadlines in Rossvyaz will be sent to the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia according to their affiliation.
