Energy efficiency Belarus marking and application

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To include in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2016 N
849 “On some issues of conformity assessment in the National System of Conformity Assessment of the Republic of Belarus” (National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.11.2016, 5/42844; 01.02. 2017, 5/43292;
03/06/2018, 5/44889) the following changes and additions:
1.1. in the second paragraph of clause 2, the numbers “3.6” should be replaced by the numbers “3.5”;
1.2. in the list of objects of mandatory confirmation of compliance with the National System of Conformity Assurance of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution:
in paragraph 3:
To the column “Name of the object of mandatory confirmation of conformity” of sub-clause 3.2 shall be stated as follows:
"3.2. electrical ovens (including those integrated into kitchen stoves), with the exception of portable ones; electric burner panels (including those integrated into stoves), with the exception of portable ones;
subparagraph 3.6 to exclude;
the column “Name of the object of mandatory confirmation of compliance” of sub-clause 3.7 shall be
supplemented with the words “, with the exception of having more than one output, with independent voltage conversion for each output”;
subclause 3.8 shall be amended as follows:

in subparagraph 3.10:
from the column “Name of the object of mandatory confirmation of compliance” the words “toasters,”, “electroblades,
mills,”, “radio receivers”, “video recorders”, “video cameras”, “recording equipment”, “other equipment for
recording and reproducing image and sound, including equipment for the transmission of image and sound in other
ways than through telecommunication channels, by means of signals or by other means, with the exception of TVs,
"to exclude;
The column “Code of the Common Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian
Economic Union **” shall be stated as follows:

in paragraph 6:
Subclauses 6.1.8, 6.1.13, 6.1.15 and 6.1.16 shall be deleted; The column “Technical Requirements for the Object of Obligatory Attestation of Conformity” of sub-clause 6.2.1 shall be stated as follows:
“STB 2459 (sub-clause 4.2.1)”;
in the column “Name of the object of mandatory confirmation of compliance” of sub-clause 6.2.2, the word “fires” shall be replaced by the words “oil and oil products”;
in clause 7:
in the column “Technical requirements for the object of mandatory confirmation of conformity” of subparagraph 7.5, the words “paragraphs 4.17–4.19” should be replaced by the words “subparagraphs 4.17.1–4.17.3, 4.17.5–4.17.10, paragraphs 4.18, 4.19”;
from the column "Technical requirements for the object of mandatory confirmation of conformity" of subparagraph 7.6, the figures "5.1.15," shall be deleted;

Paragraph twenty-seventh of sub-clause 1.2 of clause 1 shall come into force on October 1, 2018.

in the column “Technical requirements for the object of mandatory confirmation of conformity” of sub-clause 9.3 of clause 9, the words “GOST 7190 (sub-clauses 3.2.2–3.2.7)” should be replaced by the words “STB 2500 (subclauses 5.2.1–5.2.11)”.
2. This resolution enters into force three months after its official publication, with the exception of paragraph twenty-seven of sub-clause 1.2 of clause 1, which comes into force on October 1, 2018.

General, EE Label, Product Fiche and Technical Documentation include following information:

EE Label: - manufacturer’s name or trade mark; - model identifier; - the energy efficiency class; - energy consumption; - etc. ! EE Label shall be done in the Russian/Belarusian language

Product Fiche: - manufacturer’s name or trade mark; - model identifier; - energy efficiency class; - energy consumption; - etc. ! Product Fiche should be in the Russian/Belarusian language

Technical documentation: - the name and address of the manufacturer; - a general description of the equipment, sufficient for it to be unequivocally and easily identified; - where appropriate, the references of the standards applied; - where appropriate, the other technical standards and specifications used; - technical parameters for measurements as energy consumption, etc. - the results of calculations
