1. Declarations registered in Russia can only be done by the Nominated Representative using the FGIS system
2. Global Location Number (GLN) ,Global Trade Item Number (GTIN)

From 01.01.2021 onwards, all Declarations registered in Russia can only be done by the Nominated Representative using the FGIS system. Certification Bodies in Russia will not be allowed to register Declaration from then onwards. implementation since 01-01-2021.

We will be using our database access for the EAC declaration registrations at FGIS under our authorized company in the EAC FGIS system

On top On the Declaration , the Nominated Representative would need to add the following information about the manufacturer:

Global Location Number (GLN) - уникальный номер предприятия изготовителя продукции

Global Trade Item Number (GTIN)  - международный код продукции

Manufacturers will need to register/prepare themselves with the GLN & GTIN numbers when applying for CU DoCs. These numbers can be registered in the country where the manufacturer is located in.

section 7.1. , paragraph б) and    в) says

7.1. Заявление о регистрации декларации о соответствии, подписанное заявителем и содержащее следующие сведения:

б) наименование и местонахождение изготовителя продукции, адрес (адреса) места осуществления деятельности по изготовлению продукции, в том числе с указанием УНП/GLN (уникального номера предприятия/Global Location Number, глобального номера расположения) в случае декларирования соответствия продукции, произведенной за пределами территории Российской Федерации и территории стран - членов Евразийского экономического союза;

в) информацию об объекте декларирования, позволяющую его идентифицировать, в том числе сведения о продукции, включая:

наименование и обозначение продукции и (или) иное условное обозначение, присвоенное изготовителем продукции (при наличии);

название продукции (при наличии);

международный код GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) в случае декларирования соответствия продукции, произведенной за пределами территории Российской Федерации и территории стран - членов Евразийского экономического союза;

In short, from 01.01.21, when registering a DS, it will be necessary to indicate the GTIN numbers.
