Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission on April 21, 2015 № 30 "On measures of non-tariff regulation" approved the Regulation on the import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and the exportation from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of encryption (cryptographic) means.

Import and export of encryption (cryptographic) equipment must be available at the information registered in the prescribed manner of notification about the characteristics of encryption (cryptographic) tools and products containing them, taking into account the used protocols and passwords used to access the chip.

Notification must be made out once the manufacturer of goods or a person authorized by the manufacturer of the goods, on the basis of own evidence manufacturer.
